TCI EXPO ’23: Your One-Stop Shop for Tree Care

TCI EXPO is coming to St. Louis, Missouri, this fall and will be bigger than ever before, with a trade-show floor that stretches across a whopping 425,000 square feet. That’s nearly 10 acres of tree care wonderland!

TCI EXPO’s trade-show floor provides the ultimate one-stop shop for all your tree care industry needs. Whether you’re a climber or a CEO, imagine having everything you require under one roof, from the latest equipment to invaluable networking opportunities and top-notch training.

A session takes place at the demo tree at TCI EXPO ’22 in Charlotte, North Carolina. The demo tree for TCI EXPO ’23 in St. Louis will be donated and installed by members of the St. Louis Arborist Association, led by arborists from Metropolitan Forestry Services Inc. in Ballwin, Missouri. “We’ve pushed the limits this year, and we couldn’t be more thrilled to have the space to showcase so many exhibitors,” explains Kyla Cunningham, TCIA’s director of corporate engagement. “Thanks to the generous support of our exhibitors, you can meet with vendors from more than 250 companies, demo products, try on gear, see equipment in action and much more.”

TCI EXPOClimb – a sort of village within the EXPO show floor for everything climbing – is back by popular demand. We’re taking it to the next level this year with the help of partners like The Academy and exhibitors such as RBI Corporation/Shelter Tree. Exhibitors will help you test gear and give you product advice on everything from harnesses to ropes, personal protective equipment (PPE) and hardware at the “Open Truss” zone. You also can learn the pros and cons of climbing rope systems at the Trainer’s Lab sessions, featuring Blake Duval, CTSP; Jared Abrojena; Korey Conry, CTSP; and Mark Chisholm, CTSP.

To rev things up even more, we’re introducing the all-new Demo Dome. With its soaring 112-foot-high ceilings, the “Dome” was initially built as the St. Louis Rams’ football stadium. Exhibitors will be able to have attendees “test drive” their most cutting-edge equipment, from chain saws to aerial lifts and skid steers.

The trade-show floor also features 10 live tree demos featuring industry experts, including Dr. John Ball, CTSP; Meg Bujnowski, CTSP; and Jeff Inman, CTSP.

To top things off, there will be a happy hour on the trade-show floor Thursday, so you can mix work and pleasure with the rest of the tree care community before attending the popular welcome reception, sponsored by Vermeer and this year to be held at the Biergarten at Anheuser-Busch.

Happy Hour! You asked – we’re delivering! This year, cash bars will be set up throughout the trade-show floor on Thursday, November 16, from 3-5 p.m., so you can schmooze, shop and see equipment in action.

TCI EXPO ’23 takes place November 16-18 at the America’s Convention Center in St. Louis. Check out all the exhibitors, great speakers, 38 education sessions and pre-conference workshops at expo.tcia.org.
