A tree-trimmer was fatally injured in Tempe, Arizona, after a falling “palm skirt” pinned him while working in an elevated position on April 12, 2026. Fire crews and a Technical Rescue Team responded, using a ladder company to clear the debris and bring the man safely to the ground, where he was pronounced dead. The cause of death has not yet been released, and the investigation remains ongoing.
