Xylem Tree Experts, an accredited 14-year TCIA-member company based in Wakefield, Virginia, and Kendall Vegetation Services (“Xylem Kendall”),acquired Texar Line Clearance in April 2024.
Based in Texarkana, Ark., Texar Line Clearance is a family-owned and operated company led by John and Fallon Scoggins. Over the past 15 years, they have established a foothold in vegetation management and line clearance across their region.
