A climber trapped in a tree in Gun Barrel City, Oklahoma, with undisclosed injuries was rescued by firefighters on February 13, 2026. He was trapped approximately 20 feet off the ground. Firefighters had to cut away parts of the tree so he could be safely removed. The rescue took about 50 minutes.
