A worker was rescued from a lift August 9, 2025, in Burton, South Carolina. The worker was suspended 40 feet in the air when the lift tilted onto two wheels and was leaning against a tree. Firefighters worked for approximately 30 minutes to free the worker, according to a WTOC report.
