A man was injured when he was pinned under a branch February 23, 2025, in Beatrice, Nebraska. The man was cutting firewood when he became pinned under a falling branch. The fire department used air bags to lift the branch off of the man, and he was transported to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, according to a Southeast News Channel Nebraska report.
