A man was killed when he was apparently struck by a cut tree while cutting firewood February 24, 2024, in Washington County, Pennsylvania. James Krapp, 71, of Pittsburgh, Pa., was alone cutting wood on a friend’s 100-acre property, and it was unclear how long he’d been dead when his body was discovered near the end of the day. The cause and manner of his death were under investigation, according to a CBS Pittsburgh report
