A worker died when he was struck by a palm he was cutting August 7, 2025, in Tucson, Arizona. Havier Palafox, 40, whose place of residence was not listed in the report, was cutting a palm when a large section broke and hit him. He was pronounced dead at the scene, according to a 13 News report.
