Marlow Ropes’ Maverick and Typhoon climbing ropes

Marlow Ropes’ new Maverick is the next generation of smaller-diameter climbing line that is designed to perform well with modern hardware climbing devices and deliver a smoother climb overall. The new line has an 11.5mm diameter and is engineered with a nylon core and friction-resistant polyester cover. Maverick is CE and EN1891 Type A certified, and is available with a low-profile spliced eye finished with a whip. Marlow’s new 12.2mm Typhoon climbing line is designed to be another innovation for arborists looking to move away from the more-traditional, larger-diameter climbing lines, but still looking for very low stretch and a diameter that’s easier to handle.
