Wright Service Corp., parent company of Wright Tree Service Inc., a 47-year TCIA-member company based in West Des Moines, Iowa, in December 2023 acquired Impact7G Inc., a leader in environmental consulting.
“Five years ago, we articulated a strategic plan to diversify our family of companies and grow our shareholders’ value over the long-term. Today, as we welcome Impact7G to the Wright Service Corp. family of companies, is another important and very exciting step in executing our strategic plan,” says Austin Kennedy, Wright Service Corp. president and CEO.
Wright’s expertise is in consulting utility-vegetation management, including inspection, auditing, risk mitigation, forest management and reforestation, technology solutions, consulting and operations and commercial environmental services, plus residential and commercial landscaping and tree care.
“The acquisition of Impact7G is part of our continued focus on expanding environmental sustainability investments that aligns with Wright Service Corp.’s vision of accelerating growth through acquisition,” states Kennedy. “Impact7G’s specialized expertise in telecommunications environmental services, health and safety compliance, natural-resource restoration and clean-water initiatives will expand the services and talent of our diverse environmental professionals and deliver exceptional value to our clients and partners.”
