Time Manufacturing Company has agreed to acquire Ruthmann, a German manufacturer of aerial work platforms marketed under the brands Ruthmann, Steiger, Ecoline and Bluelift.
Time, a 36-year TCIA Corporate Member company based in Waco, Texas, is the manufacturer of the Versalift line of aerial lifts and the BrandFX line of fiberglass truck bodies, in addition to other lifts and equipment for the electric utility, telecommunications, infrastructure and forestry sectors.
Ruthmann Group acquired ReachMaster, a 17-year TCIA corporate member company based in Porter, Texas, in August 2020, and has been operating as Ruthmann ReachMaster North America LP.
